SHIPPING
Where do you offer shipping to?
In addition to Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and the United Kingdom, we offer shipping to the following regions;

How long will it take for my order to ship?
We process orders within 48 hours of payment. For orders within the European Union, orders typically ship within 6-7 days. For orders elsewhere, the order may take up to 2-3 weeks.
Do I have to pay customs/duties on my order?
European Union: Within the European Union there are no customs/duty fees.
Elsewhere: These charges come directly from the country of destination. Unfortunately we have no control over them as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country. Due to this the fees are paid by the recipient of the package.
I didn't get an order confirmation. What do I do?
It may take a while for the order confirmation to arrive, also check your email's spam folder. If you did not receive an order confirmation, you can contact us by email at info@reppin.fi.

What payments methods to you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro Debit and Credit cards, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, as well as PayPal.
How do I redeem discount codes?
If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the side bar of the checkout page.
How do I redeem a gift card?
If you have purchased or received a gift card, you will have received a gift card code via email. You can enter the code in the side bar of the checkout page.

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

What if I want to cancel my order?
If you have already paid for your order and received an order confirmation, the order will be processed and you can no longer add or remove products or change the size. However, you have a 14-day right to return your order free of charge.

We're hear to listen! If you find our products unaffordable, drop us a message at info@reppin.fi, and we'll see what we can do.
Also, we offer a 10% discount to those who join our email list. To join, scroll down the page, enter your name and email where it says "Join the mailing list" and you’re good to go!
There's an issue with the product(s) I ordered.
If you find an issue with one or more products, send us a message at info@reppin.fi with images attached and description of the problem. We'll reply as soon as possible with what we can do.
What I want to buy is sold out. When will you restock?
Supply of products is based on the stock of our supplier. We don't have control over this, however products are typically restocked within a matter of weeks.
What we suggest: bookmark the page, and come back to the product at a later date to see if there's been a change.
